For the slow starters +
Filter coffee: start with 15 g of ground coffee for 250 ml of water. Use water just off the boil, pour slowly, and give it a little time. Daydream is a good place to start.
For the button pushers +
Espresso machine: try 18 g of finely ground coffee for a 36 g espresso, in about 25 to 30 seconds. Adjust to your taste. Daybreak loves a little milk, too.
For the one-more-cup people +
Same ritual, a softer landing. Brew Nightcap just as you would your regular coffee. Try 60 g per litre for filter, then adjust until it feels right.
